\Try these amazing nutrient packed brownies!
I wanted to make a yummy treat but did not have any baking chocolate on hand. Luckily, I had our dairy free gluten free protein shake available! The results were AMAZING!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or coconut oil
1 cup white sugar
2 pasture raised eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Juice Plus Complete Chocolate
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a small glass or pan.
If using butter melt in a small saucepan.
In a bowl mix butter or oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in chocolate protein powder, flour, salt, baking soda, and lemon.
Spread the batter into the pan.
Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes. Do not overcook. You can use a toothpick in the center of the pan to see if it comes out mostly clear, this will let you know if brownies have finished cooking all the way through.
